Our team hope that you love our products as much as we do but we understand that on occasion you may need to make return,
In Store Purchases
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. *Please note most furniture items have a standard 12 month warrantee.
Where items are purchased and a customer cannot return in store in person you are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Clearance Items
Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable. Only regular priced items may be refunded (where applicable)

Online Returns

How to submit a return request

Step 1 - Log into your account
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and the Click continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from the store and copy the 6-digit verification code
3. Go back to the online store and enter your 6-digit verification code.
Step 2 - Request your Return
1. Click the order that you want to submit for return.
2. If your order has more than one item then select the item/ items you would like to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click Request Return
You will receive an email acknowledgement of your return request. If your return is approved then you will receive an email with further instructions.
Where your return is accepted, for Domestic Returns (Ireland & Northern Ireland only) we can issue a return shipping label, and refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For UK & European returns customers are responsible for return shipping and costs.
UK & European Returns or to return an item via your preferred carrier
For UK and European returns or if you would like to use your own return shipping method, please submit a return request and add which carrier or service you wish to use for your return in the notes section. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Once you have had your return request approved pack and return items in original condition and send to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any order that is incorrect or damaged must be notified to our customer care team within 48 hours at ebonyroseinteriorsltd@gmail.com
Any notifications or claims outside of this window may be denied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including paint and any customized and custom products (such as special furniture, curtain and blind orders or bespoke soft furnishings and personalized items), opened furniture polish and personal care goods (such as beauty products, room sprays & opened diffusers). We cannot process a claim or issue a return on lighting that has been installed or altered. This includes any changes to overall chain or cable length (lengthening or shortening). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can make an exchange for you or you can complete a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
